To keep up with The Walrus’ increased digital publishing frequency, I developed a series of Instagram image templates that allowed me to create Instagram images efficiently while still maintaining a sense of variety. I made sure that every post was laid out so that the feature image and headline were always visible on our profile grid, whether the post was a square or vertical image.
